Mitsukaido Holdings is a hospitality investment and development company headquartered in Tokyo. We acquire and operate small-scale hospitality assets (minpaku, apartment hotels, and coliving properties) in communities that benefit from long-term stewardship.
We take our name from Mitsukaido, a town in Ibaraki where our founder lived in 2019. It is a place that shaped how we think about what hospitality can be: not a transaction, but a way of bringing people together.

In Mitsukaido: coliving and shared spaces built on the idea that overlooked towns can become destinations worth visiting.
Hospitality, at its best, is infrastructure for human connection. We are building a company that remembers that, one property at a time.
